T A R I F F  (MOP)

(The applicant must be an owner of Ocean Gardens. Proof of purchase & sales agreement is required. As soon as the member ceases to be an owner, the owner membership will be terminated. Owner Memberships are non-transferable.)                                                                                                 

(The applicant must be a tenant of Ocean Gardens. Proof of tenancy agreement is required. As soon as the member ceases to be a tenant, the tenant membership will be terminated. Tenant Memberships are non-transferable.)                      

l  Membership fee : Non-refundable.

l  Monthly Subscription Fee: Payment method must be Autopay. It can be either Credit Card (Mastercard/VISA) issued at Macao or Savings Account at BOC, HSBC & BNU.

l  Deposit : Refundable and non-interest bearing.

l  $150 of the monthly fee is redeemable in all F&B outlets and recreation facilities and/or courses.

l  In the event that any member ceases to be a member at any time, no refund of monthly fee or part of will be made.

l  A family membership refers to husband, wife & unmarried children (below the age of 21) up to a maximum of 4 persons. Subject to management approval, the following may be included in the membership :

a)        3^rd child onward of the family (below the age of 21), the monthly subscription fee of each extra person is MOP$150,  the age of 21 or above will be at MOP$200 per person.

b)       Senior member of the family at the age of 60 and above up to a maximum of 4 persons, the monthly fee of each person is MOP$200.

l   Members are entitled to use the following facilities free of charge subject to availability :  

     Swimming Pool, Leisure Pool, Children’s Pool, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna Room, Relaxation Rooms & Locker Rooms.

             Club Opening Hours : 7:30am to 10:30pm (Mondays to Fridays and Sundays)

                                                    7:30am to 11:30pm (Saturdays and Public Holidays)
